Title: Have You Lost Your Hope in God? (Ps. 43: 5)

“Why are you cast down, O my soul, and why are you in turmoil within me? Hope in God; for I shall again praise him, my salvation and my God.” Psalm 43:5 beautifully captures the universal human experience of inner turmoil, yet immediately provides the divine remedy, challenging us to ask, “Have you lost your hope in God?” This isn’t merely a suggestion but a powerful command to redirect our gaze and place our faith and trust in God. When feelings of discouragement or despair arise, we are called to actively choose to hope in God, who is our ultimate salvation.
