Scripture Meditation (AI3Magi)

Title: Have You Found Living Hope Yet? (1 Peter 1: 3)

Let’s pause and reflect on the glorious truth proclaimed in 1 Peter 1:3: “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! According to his great mercy, he has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.” This verse is a powerful declaration, a wellspring of profound joy and assurance.

The apostle Peter begins with exuberant praise, reminding us that our spiritual rebirth is solely “according to his great mercy.” It’s not something we earned or deserved, but a lavish gift from a compassionate Father. This divine initiation is the bedrock of our confidence. It’s because of His immense love and compassion that we are given a new beginning, a spiritual birth that changes everything.
